With 30 years’ experience in all areas of corporate and commercial law, Ron represents a wide range of owner-operated businesses for all of their corporate and commercial legal requirements, from start-ups to fully mature and successful businesses. The directors, officers and shareholders of these businesses are also provided with personalized representation for their estate planning, real estate, and other individual needs.
In addition to a business law practice, Ron also has developed a large trade-mark and information technology practice representing local and national firms in those areas, enabling the provision of experience in those areas that are important to all business clients.
Ron is a member of diverse professional associations, including the Canadian and American Bar Associations, the Law Societies of Manitoba and Saskatchewan, the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada, the International Trademark Association, and the IT Law Association of Canada.
Active in the support of local charitable organizations, Ron is a contributor to the Winnipeg Humane Society, Winnipeg Harvest, Siloam Mission, and the Christmas Cheer Board.
